Job summary

Executive Director, Inc. (EDI) is seeking a Program Manager for Policy & Federal Advocacy to support AAAAI’s practice and policy initiatives.

The role focuses on federal policy, volunteer coordination, and collaboration with consultants to advance payer, regulatory and legislative priorities. The candidate will work with the Director of Practice and Policy, manage meetings, prepare advocacy updates and ensure timely communications to AAAAI members.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of association management or program development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Advocacy Committee and manage meetings, minutes and board reporting.
• Assist with proposal development and survey approvals for AAAAI programs.
• Prepare federal advocacy updates and posting materials for the AAAAI website.
• Coordinate communications to members including calls to action and regulatory updates.
• Maintain the AAAAI Action Center and track campaigns with PDT leadership.
