Job summary

ICANN seeks a Policy Program Manager to support the VP, Strategic Policy Management in migrating from legacy programs to our CRM platform and to serve as the CRM lead in daily operations. You will translate requirements and partner with the EIT team to ensure data integrity and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Experience with BI, mapping (Lucid, Visio) and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC.
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP or Oracle).
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with office software and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Zoom).
• Knowledge of ICANN and the domain name industry.
• Experience in international organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and defining business requirements, translating to technical specs and user stories.
• Ensuring data integrity during migration and maintaining data governance.
• Change management, including creating user manuals and documentation.
• Building and publishing reports, metrics, and dashboards to track global stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate resources and timelines, share best practices across the function.
• Execute other projects and activities as assigned.
