Job summary

LMI, a digital solutions provider supporting federal agencies, seeks a policy consultant to assist in creating policy language and guidance materials. You will work closely with policy owners and legal experts to craft clear policies and SOPs in a remote US setting.

In this role you will facilitate stakeholder engagements, coordinate with labor relations specialists, and ensure productive interactions across working groups and individual channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in public policy, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience supporting federal government clients, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
• Demonstrates experience in policy analysis, program operations, and facilitating multi-stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and writing of policies and policy-related materials (guidance documents, standard operating procedures, etc.) to direct work processes.
• Consult closely with policy owners, stakeholders, legal experts, and labor relations specialists to draft and edit policy language.
• Facilitate productive and collegial client interactions in working group meetings and through individual communication channels.
