Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Solution Consultant to lead linguistic modeling projects in a remote US-based role. You will guide teams in complex classifications, topical filtering, and confidentiality work, delivering client solutions and optimizing Lighthouse workflows.

The role emphasizes mastery of search/analytics tools, strong leadership, and proactive client communications, with opportunities to mentor teammates and advance service offerings in AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience in research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, or linguistic analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn technologies quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Masters DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality.
• Lead Linguistic Modeling project teams for keyword consultation, confidentiality classification, topical filtering, and custom-built classifications.
• Develop project scoping and technical solution design including non-standard solutions.
• Incorporate evolving technologies into workflows and communicate with clients.
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to service management activities.
