Qualifications

• Three (3) years of work experience in research, policy analysis, rulemaking, or client support.
• Experience interpreting laws and rules
• Writing legal analysis and conduct investigations
• Evaluating or updating processes, policies, procedures, workflow, and/or workloads; make written recommendations for change
• Serving as a client liaison to facilitate communication and cooperation on complex programs or processes

Responsibilities

• Develop findings of fact, conclusions of law, and orders for Board actions.
• Analyze data and programs related to campaign, lobbying, and disclosure requirements.
• Recommend policies and procedures to strengthen Board operations in line with Minnesota statutes.
