Job summary

The Virginia Department of Emergency Management seeks a Policy and Compliance Specialist to support legislative affairs, policy development, and organizational compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
• Experience with policy analysis, FOIA, and records management.
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
