Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews and responds to inquiries from customers and agents on billing and policy coverage.
• Handles policy changes, nonpayment cancellations, and reinstatement requests.
• Accepts payments and provides policy documents across lines.
• Learns processing systems and supports cash desk operations.
