Responsibilities

• Verify insurance information for clients.
• Provide customer service to clients, families, providers, and insurers.
• Coordinate authorizations and share denials with staff.
• Work with billing to resolve insurance denials.
• Perform monthly administrative responsibilities.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Follow up with insurance companies to ensure balances.
• Stay current with payer guidelines and coding.
• Cross train to cover other verification staff.
• Perform other related duties.
