Job summary

GRVTY is looking for a Mid-Level Policy Analyst in Springfield, Virginia to support strategic operations for the Intelligence Community. You'll analyze data, develop recommendations, and coordinate project schedules.

The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business or Management, and an active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph. The position offers robust health plans and a variety of company-sponsored events.

What Impact You'll Have

What You'll Be Owning

• Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements.
• Support development of reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking.
• Support policy review, compliance activities, and governance initiatives.
• Assist with business process improvement and operational modernization efforts.

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
• 7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, program management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.
• Experience supporting governance or continuity initiatives.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
