Job summary

The Policy Analyst III will support effective communication and coordination among stakeholders while assisting leadership with relationship management, collaboration, and resolution of identified issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination:Conduct technical liaison and coordination with stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia.
• Meeting & Engagement Support:Plan, schedule, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and engagements to ensure effective communication and action item resolution.
• Status Reporting:Provide regular status updates to leadership on key stakeholder relationships, collaborations, and identified issues.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Additional Qualifications

• Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.
• Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).
• Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BA).
