The Red Gate Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a C-UXS Policy Analyst to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict. You will help monitor and shape policy related to irregular warfare and counter-unmanned systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, an active Top Secret clearance, and at least five years of experience within the DoD or equivalent commands.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• At least five years of experience within the Office of the Secretary of Defense/War (OSW), Joint Staff, Service, or Combatant Command Headquarters.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive support to SOLIC’s efforts to guide and oversee irregular warfare and information operations, including preparing high-level meeting agendas, drafting read-ahead packages, and tracking meeting actions.
• Monitor and assess global C-UXS prior-to-launch campaigns, advising on changes to policy guidance, operational plans, and intelligence activities.
• Coordinate with uniformed planners and senior OSD leaders to address policy and resource implications of emerging operational concepts.
• Integrate U.S. Special Operations Command’s plans and programs with key stakeholders across the DoD, interagency, and intelligence community by preparing essential briefings, talking points, and summaries for high-level forums.
