Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a UXS Policy and Information Analyst to join the Intelligence team in Maryland. You will research and analyze DoW and NDAA-aligned documentation, identify Critical Electronic Components in unmanned systems, and report findings to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 3+ years of experience in research/analysis
• Experience evaluating policy/standards
• Ability to explain complex issues in writing
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of NDAA provisions and DoW policy

Responsibilities

• Analyze UxS/UAS policy and documentation to evaluate CECs and their role in system functions
• Review BOMs, parts lists, and manufacturer documentation to identify CECs in accordance with NDAA and other policies
• Prepare concise, well-supported research products and risk summaries
• Evaluate information against NDAA provisions (FY20 Section 848 and FY23 Section 817), related procurement restrictions, and DoW policy
• Research component manufacturers, OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturing locations using publicly available information
• Maintain source documentation and clearly distinguish facts, assessments, assumptions, and information gaps in every deliverable
• Explain complex technical issues to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Coordinate with Government personnel, technical SMEs, and security stakeholders to refine research questions
• Support recommended risk mitigations and alternatives
