Odessa Police Department in Odessa, TX is seeking a Training Coordinator who, under basic supervision, coordinates OPD training activities and maintains training records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities include coordinating training programs, maintaining state training database, preparing and submitting mandated reports, handling travel cost reimbursements, upholding strict confidentiality, and supporting departmental operations through reliable attendance and courteous

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following
High school diploma or GED required; AND one year of experience in computers and customer service. Work history involving training, public contact or educational activities preferred. Background investigation and polygraph is required.
Ability to successfully complete the following application process: oral interview board, entry level test, TABE9 Reading Comprehension test, background investigation, polygraph, medical physical, drug screen, vision test and psychological examination.
A valid Texas State Driver's License is required.
