Job summary

Qualifications

• Texas Peace Officer license required.
• 7 years’ experience as a Texas Peace Officer.
• Intermediate Peace Officer License issued by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patrol personnel and assign shifts to meet operational needs.
• Promote public safety and community engagement through outreach and engagement activities.
• Review reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with Department policies.
• Coordinate training, coaching, and officer development for assigned personnel.
• Respond to critical incidents and emergencies with supervisory direction.
• Maintain departmental standards for equipment and readiness and ensure proper maintenance.
