Job summary

City of Cleveland seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Police Accountability Team in implementing the Consent Decree, conducting data analysis, and coordinating across City departments and external partners. The role requires strong writing, research, and collaboration in a fast-paced public-sector environment.

The position reports to the PAT Executive Director and emphasizes policy review, performance tracking, and transparent communication with stakeholders to advance reform efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field.
• Two years of experience in project coordination, performance auditing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review policies, analyze data, and assist with Consent Decree compliance.
• Interface with CDP and other stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timelines.
