Qualifications

• Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Respond to citizen calls for service and provide police presence.
• Conduct traffic operations, searches, and vehicle stops in accordance with NC laws.
• Investigate crimes, complete reports, and safeguard crime scenes.
• Perform prisoner operations, transport prisoners, and coordinate communications.
• Engage in tactical operations, patrol areas, and support special events.
• Complete administrative duties and assist in media relations as needed.
