Qualifications

• The candidate has 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in defense/public entity work.
• Federal motion-writing experience is required; clerkship strongly preferred.
• Active California license to practice law is required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners, associates, and clients to develop cases.
• Take on increasing responsibility in federal and state court matters.
