Mercy Health is seeking a Police Officer for Springfield Regional Medical Center to provide internal and external safety functions, respond to calls, and assist with investigations when warranted.
You will patrol hospital grounds, escort patients and staff, enforce policies, monitor CCTV, and document incidents. A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree is preferred. Valid driver’s license and BLS/CPR and state certification must be obtained within specified timelines.

Job Summary:
The Police Officer provides internal and external safety/police functions to support the general safety of BSMH facilities to include participation in investigations and arrests when warranted . Police officers are assigned to an area and responds to radio and/or telephone calls for routine and/or emergency assistance .
