Mercy Health is seeking a Police Officer to support Springfield Regional Medical Center by ensuring internal and external safety. You will patrol, escort, enforce policies, monitor CCTV, and coordinate with clinical teams and law enforcement as needed.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid license, and BLS within 6 months. A 1–3 year background in security or law enforcement is preferred, with firearms qualifications and crisis intervention training.

The Police Officer provides internal and external safety/police functions to support the general safety of BSMH facilities to include participation in investigations and arrests when warranted. Police officers are assigned to an area and responds to radio and/or telephone calls for routine and/or emergency assistance.
