ECU Health Police seeks a Police Officer to perform a full range of law enforcement services for ECU Health properties, primarily at ECU Health Bertie Hospital. Responsibilities include patrols, criminal apprehension, investigations, and traffic enforcement to protect patients, visitors and staff.
This PRN, as-needed position supports day, night, and weekend operations within the hospital campus security framework. A NC LE certification and a valid NC driver's license are required.
The Police Officer performs a complete range of law enforcement services for the ECU Police Department. Duties include patrols, criminal apprehension, preliminary and follow-up investigations, traffic enforcement, other tasks that aid in securing the hospital campus.
This position is primarily assigned to report and work at ECU Health Bertie Hospital but may be assigned to other regions as needed.
