The City of Perham is looking for motivated, community-minded individuals to join our police department as full-time police officers.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible to be licensed by the POST Board by the date of application, possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and pass a background check. Job description

The City of Perham is looking for motivated, community-minded individuals to join our police department as a full-time police officer. Applicants must be licensed or eligible to be licensed by the POST Board by the date of application. In addition, the applicant must possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license and pass a background check.

The 2026 salary range is $32.20 to $43.20 per hour. Lateral pay above starting wage will be considered based on years of service.
