Allied Universal is actively seeking sworn police officers to join our Company Police Force in North Carolina. You will work in a private, professional agency that prioritizes training and public safety in a collaborative environment.

Full Time, Part Time, Weekend Only and on call work are available with a starting rate of $37.50 per hour. A $2,000 hiring bonus and additional bonuses on anniversaries are offered.

Qualifications

• Active sworn police officer status required.
• North Carolina law enforcement certification must be current.
• Ability to train and maintain firearms proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital campus and surrounding property to maintain public safety.
• Issue citations, arrest suspects, collect evidence, and respond to emergencies.

Full Time, Part Time, Weekend Only and on call work available. $37.50 / Hour

Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age. You must be an active police officer not retired
• High School Diploma or GED, Police ID, VPEC, and Firearm certification.
• North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement certification is required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Attend required periodic training sessions and seminars, maintain required level of proficiency in the use of firearms
• Able to:
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Performs general law enforcement duties including patrolling hospital campus, checking property, conducting room searches, maintaining order and public safety.
• Issues traffic and parking citations; apprehends, questions and arrests suspects; collects and preserves evidence; conducts investigations; responds to and assists in all medical emergencies; assists in conducting fire drills and evacuating buildings; provides security escorts for personnel; and chauffeurs division heads and visitors as requested.
• Attends required periodic training sessions and seminars; maintains required level of proficiency in the use of firearms.
• perform other duties as required to meet the client’s needs.
