Neenah Police Department is seeking exceptional individuals to join our law enforcement team and start a rewarding career. The department offers a structured 12-hour patrol schedule on a 26-day cycle, with a comprehensive benefits package and a defined pay scale.

Based on the 2025-2027 labor contract, starting salary is $64,362 with top rate after 7 years at $93,867 per year. Lateral hires receive full or partial credit for prior service.

Formación

• US citizenship confirmed.
• 18+ years old at time of interview.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 60 college credits within six months of the interview.
• No felony or domestic abuse convictions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer operation abilities.
• Mental and physical fitness to perform duties.
