Overview:Allied Universal is actively hiring certified police officers to join our Special Police Program in partnership with Cone Health. This is a unique opportunity to serve in a hospital campus setting, providing safety and protection to patients, staff, and visitors across multiple medical facilities.

Pay & Schedule:
Starting Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour
Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

Primary Locations:
Greensboro, NC
High Point, NC
Kernersville, NC
Reidsville, NC
Burlington, NC
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce laws and regulations on hospital property
Provide visible security presence and routine patrols
Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and critical incidents
Control access and ensure secure entry points
Maintain public safety while demonstrating professionalism and empathy
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old
U.S. citizen with a valid state-issued driver’s license
Possess a current NC BLET certification or out-of-state equivalent (must be fully sworn)
Corrections and security certifications do not qualify
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate sound judgment
