Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to hire a Police Officer. Our Company Police Force is a highly trained, licensed, and certified team that meets all state training requirements, with officers who have completed additional specialized training. We provide licensed police officers in North Carolina, with education and certification approved by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general law enforcement duties including campus patrols, property checks, room searches, maintaining order and public safety.
2. Issue traffic and parking citations; apprehend, question, and arrest suspects; collect and preserve evidence; conduct investigations; respond to medical emergencies; assist in fire drills and evacuations; provide security escorts; and chauffeur division heads and visitors as needed.
3. Attend required training sessions and seminars; maintain proficiency in firearm use.
4. Perform other duties as required to meet the client’s needs.

You must be an active police officer, not retired.

Education/Training:

• High School Diploma or GED, Police ID, VPEC, and Firearm certification.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
