The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) is seeking current Police Officers with two (2) or more years of uninterrupted full-time law enforcement experience, having obtained certification as a law enforcement officer through a State Police Standards and Training Commission. This posting is specifically accepting lateral applications for the School Resource Officer Program in Nashville Elementary Schools.

Step 3 $73,024.54 to Step 10 $89,810.96 without education incentive
Step 3 $75,215.27 to Step 10 $92,505.29 with an Associate’s degree.
Step 3 $77,406.01 to Step 10 $95,199.62 with a Bachelor’s degree.
The Metro Nashville Police Department is a 24/7 operation. Employees must be able to work any day and/or shift as needed.
