Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
• Must possess a valid Peace Officer certification issued by the Ohio Peace Officer's Training Council at the time of a conditional offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Police officers work 12-hour shifts and receive a scheduled three-day weekend twice a month.
• Assignment opportunities include SWAT operator, drone pilot, narcotics, honor guard, instructor, motorcycle unit, bicycle unit, and more.

The Miami Township Police Department - a CALEA Internationally accredited police agency - is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer.

• Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license
• Must possess a valid Peace Officer certification issued by the Ohio Peace Officer's Training Council at the time of a conditional offer of employment
