Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must have Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Attends classes, participates in classroom discussions and group projects, and maintains notebooks.
• Prepares research papers and homework and maintains satisfactory performance.
• Participates in the physical training, firearms training, defensive tactics and practical problems.
• Complies with assignments and instructions given by UH Police staff.
• Adheres to policies and procedures of UH System and campus.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Participates in the departmental selection process prior to attendance.
