Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FCAW, SAW, SMAW and layout/fit-up experience preferred.
• Able to effectively present classroom training and hands-on welding application training.
• Proficient in conducting AWS D1.1 welder qualification tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily pole school operations.
• Maintain welder candidate training, testing, and qualification records.
• Conduct classroom training on welding safety and processes.
