Grid One Solutions, LLC seeks a Foreperson for Utility Pole Inspection in Indiana. You will lead a small crew through routine maintenance and wood pole treatments, traveling as needed and overseeing safety and quality on each site.

You’ll train during up to 8 weeks and receive a company vehicle after training. A strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and safety‑minded.
• Outdoor work with varying weather conditions.
• Ambitious, career‑minded and able to learn quickly.
• Ability to read maps and navigate congested areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 1–5 field workers.
• Maintain tools, vehicles and equipment.
• Meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Collect field data and prepare reports.
