Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson for Utility Pole Inspection in Michigan. You will lead a crew of 1 to 5 field workers, train them, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity while inspecting wooden poles used for power lines.

This outdoor role requires travel (local to regional), a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in varied weather. Training is provided, with a path to a full foreperson position and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Outdoor position requiring adaptation to weather and elements.
• Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, and supervise a crew of 1–5 people.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Collect field data and maintain daily/weekly reports.
