Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Pole Inspection and Treatment Foreman to lead field crews in utility pole inspection, restoration, and related tasks. The role requires hands-on field work, safety leadership, and travel across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and other Central U.S. locations.

You will supervise daily tasks, mentor crew members, and coordinate with the Project Manager to meet safety, quality, and production metrics. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Lead and motivate field crews to meet safety and quality targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in the field.
• Knowledge of utility pole inspection, restoration, and safety protocols.
• Experience training others and mentoring team members.
• Proficient in English and effective in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working foreman, performing daily field tasks with crew.
• Inspect, restore and operate field infrastructure safely and efficiently.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and progress reporting to PM.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.
• Travel up to 100% and ensure compliance with client standards.
