Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration meet safety and quality standards.

You will direct field crews, support employee development, and uphold productivity goals while representing the company professionally with customers and utility stakeholders. Travel is required, with year-round employment and training provided.

Formación

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as business needs require.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
  • Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
  • Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
