You will coordinate assignments, mentor teammates, and uphold productivity standards in a dynamic outdoor environment.

The role involves extensive travel, outdoor work in varied conditions, and strong leadership to represent the company professionally with customers and utility partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and work effectively with field crews.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely project completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices and procedures.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
