Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is looking for a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety and quality in pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely project completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
