Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration are conducted safely and to company standards.

The Foreman will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with customers and utility representatives. Expect travel, overtime, and professional growth within a long‑standing utility services leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
