Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments are completed safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer communication.

The Foreman will mentor crew members, manage project updates, and uphold company standards while traveling as needed. This is a full-time, year-round position with overtime opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Prior leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for on-time project completion.
• Train and coach crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility representatives.
