Compensation Range: $40,000 - $120,000 per year.
This role has a base salary of $40,000 and average first-year total compensation, including incentives, of $60,000+.

How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact?
  1. After successful completion of our Sales Training Program, our Automotive Sales Consultants will walk our customers through the entire vehicle buying process.
  2. Maintain unit average required by store.
  3. Maintain a minimum PVR and VSC required by store.
  4. Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner.
  5. Lead customers through the entire sales process.
  6. Use Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions.
  7. Effectively educate all customers on benefits that Walser has to offer.
  8. Take customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features.
  9. Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them.
  10. Follow up with customers after the purchase.
  11. Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments.
  12. Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip-resistant footwear when in dealership service departments.
  13. Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values.
  14. All other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.
We're Looking For:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Successfully test out of sales training program.
  • Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.).
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
