Responsibilities

• Portray the Santa character on the POLAR EXPRESS train and distribute bells to designated passengers.
• Facilitate photo opportunities and manage time for balanced interactions across train cars.
• Enthusiastically represent GSMR and the POLAR EXPRESS brand.
• Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds and with team members.
• Maintain a high level of guest service and adapt to supervisor feedback.
