Louvre Hotels Group is seeking a Junior Revenue Manager in Poland to implement revenue management strategies across a portfolio of hotels. You will analyze data, develop pricing aligned with Group guidance, and work with hotel teams to maximize revenue per segment.

The role involves system configuration and forecasting, with occasional travel. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in RM or related field, has at least 6 months of RM exposure, and is fluent in Polish and English.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in RM, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; RM exp min 6 months.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of RM KPIs and hotel performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and hotel management system familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Analyze performance data with Area RM Poland to guide pricing decisions.
• Create and implement competitive pricing to optimize revenue by segment.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to tailor RM strategies per property.
• Configure and optimize distribution and RM systems.
• Forecast short/long-term revenue and help budget by segment with Sales/Ops.
• Ensure RM packages service levels are clearly defined.
• Participate in transformation and growth projects within RM.
• Coordinate with international shareholders.
• Occasional travel to hotels as needed.
