Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to manage the Poland DTC business for our SharkNinja website. You will trade day-to-day activities, collaborate with regional teams, and drive growth through merchandising, pricing and visibility optimizations.

The role reports to the Senior Manager eCommerce and requires 1–2+ years in D2C eCommerce, plus strong analytical skills and fluency in Polish. This is a hybrid role supporting Poland with global centers of excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of proven experience in D2C eCommerce.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow in the eCommerce world.
• Knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and profitability driving.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Polish D2C eCommerce team and global centres to implement merchandising, trading and growth strategies.
• Coordinate forecasts, stock allocation and demand signals with cross-functional teams in Poland.
• Execute trading plans to maximize gross margin and forecast attainment across product categories.
• Maintain a promotional calendar with pricing details and discounts.
• Implement activities to improve product visibility, placement, and cross-selling on the e-commerce platform and marketplaces.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, sales performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
