SharkNinja is seeking an E-Commerce Manager (Eastern Europe) to lead DTC trading and growth for our brands in the Eastern Europe region. You will report to the Senior Director eCommerce (Eastern Europe) and collaborate with regional/global teams to execute merchandising, pricing, and inventory strategies.

The ideal candidate has D2C eCommerce experience, fluency in Czech and English, strong data analytics skills, and a track record of driving profitability in a fast-paced, multi-cultural

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement merchandising, trading and growth strategy for Eastern Europe.
• Forecast, stock allocation and demand signals with cross-functional teams.
• Manage promotional calendar and pricing to maximize gross margin.
• Improve product visibility and cross-selling on the e-commerce platform.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels; ensure product availability.
• Report on sales performance and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global D2C eCommerce teams to share best practices.
