Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an experienced Poker Tournament Coordinator to oversee the design and operation of all casino poker tournaments. This role ensures adherence to internal controls and gaming regulations while coordinating with leadership.

You will train dealers, organize events, develop efficient procedures, and promote poker offerings responsibly across channels to maintain a premier tournament experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years poker experience with 5+ years supervisory and 2+ years as tournament manager.
• Thorough knowledge of TDA rules and procedures.
• Ability to operate Bravo Tournament Software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and design poker tournaments offered by the Casino.
• Train Dealers on the proper procedures to be followed for tournament play.
• Organize and supervise tournaments offered by the Casino as assigned by the Poker Director.
• Develop and implement procedures for smooth and efficient operation of tournaments.
• Promote tournaments and poker offerings via social media and other channels.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and tribal regulations.
