Jamul Casino in Jamul is seeking a Poker Supervisor to lead the poker room, guide staff, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
You will monitor game integrity, enforce policies, and maintain exceptional guest service while embodying the Jamul Casino Resort’s F.I.R.S.T. values. A high school diploma and poker experience are required; TiPS certification and familiarity with poker systems are a plus.
The Poker Supervisor will help lead operations on the casino floor by overseeing daily activities in the poker room. In this guest-facing leadership role, you’ll guide the poker team, monitor game integrity, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Ideal candidates have poker experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
