Caesars Entertainment is seeking a poker dealer with strong knowledge of all poker games to manage operations across assigned poker tables. The role emphasizes guest service and staff leadership to maintain high standards and compliance with regulations.
Candidates should have at least two years of poker dealing experience and one year in a supervisory role, with the ability to obtain a VA Lottery Gaming License. This on-site position offers hourly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Controls and directs games in progress by monitoring and helpingand dealer correction.
Maintains awareness of each game’s limits, guest activity,and dealer performance.
AssuresTitle31 regulations are being adhered to and the properpaperworkis completed.
Interacts with all guests and team members as needed.
Assumes overall responsibility for assigned poker tables.
Oversees and ensureshigh standardsof guest service on each game and works closely with the Casino Operation Managers, Casino Hosts,and other casino team members toidentify player’s needs.
Assistsin the hiring process by conducting interviews, training classes,and auditions.
Provides andmonitorson-the-job training for Dealers to ensure staff receives adequate guidance, resources, and information.
Responsible for completing and issuing Poker Dealer evaluations.
Perform buy ins and fills for poker tables and guests as needed with available bank.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Thorough knowledge of all poker games and operations.
Twoyears ofexperience as a poker dealer in a casino environment.
One yearofsupervisory experience in poker room operations.
Must be able toacquireaVA LotteryGaming License.
Must be at least 21 years of age .
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the hotel
Must be able to lift to25 pounds
Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations .
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues .
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke , high noise levels , bright lights , and dust.

Wage - Hourly Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
*Hourly range based on experience, skill set and education.
