Responsibilities

• Supervise poker games and floor operations during shifts.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Open/close games and manage poker room flow.
• Assist with resolving guest or team member issues and escalate as needed.
• Handle chip exchanges and ensure dealers have the tools they need.
• Train, coach, and assess poker staff; provide feedback to foster improvement.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Step in to deal games when necessary.

What We Require

• Exposure to secondhand smoke and loud environments may occur
• Physical mobility; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work extended hours if needed
