Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience as a full-time Floor Supervisor preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in all games offered at DCR preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability logs for chips, cards, and gaming equipment.
• Observe and report violations to Poker Management staff.
• Monitor table fills/credit requests and cash/chip transactions.
• Ensure integrity of cash, chips, and dealer-patron interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and maintain professionalism.
