Job description

Role Overview

The Poker Floor Supervisor supervises all dealers during their shift, coordinates with other departments such as Table Games and Food & Beverage, and ensures the Poker Room maintains a high standard of service, professionalism, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain positive relationships with patrons to encourage repeat business; greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Address guest complaints promptly and fairly to uphold service standards.
  3. Communicate relevant information about players to the Poker Manager.
  4. Provide gaming instructions to guests as needed to promote gaming activity.
  5. Assist guests with game rules and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  6. Support marketing promotions actively.
  7. Oversee poker games, including managing chips and supplies, inspecting equipment, maintaining game spread, and generating operational reports.
  8. Ensure staff adherence to gaming rules, regulations, and internal controls.
  9. Open and close the Poker Room as scheduled; monitor ongoing games for speed, accuracy, and suspicious activity.
  10. Protect assets and uphold departmental standards for efficient and compliant operations.

All duties must be performed in accordance with Bally's Standard Service Poker Parlor policies, Colorado Gaming Regulations, and statutes. The candidate must be capable of running Poker Tournaments, making decisions with guests and staff, multitasking, and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Poker Dealer or Supervisor, holding a valid Gaming License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; knowledge of Gaming Regulation Rule 10 is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.
  • Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to balance an impress bank of $31,000 and handle chips and tournament buy-ins effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
