• Knowledge of card games.

• Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Table Games.
• Able to work with co-workers and across departments.
• Upbeat personality for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create an entertaining environment for poker guests.
• Provide courteous, friendly and prompt service in dealing poker games.
• Anticipate customer needs.
• Learn guests' names and personal facts.
• Adhere to department policies and regulatory laws.
• Coordinate with Casino Operations and Security to detect cheating and floor irregularities.
• Present oneself as a Caesars credit and lead by example.
• Comply with policies and regulations.
