Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

  • Provide appropriate customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers using AIDET, showing courtesy, compassion, and respect.
  • Partner with clinical staff to design, develop, and implement POC policies and procedures.
  • Audit testing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate and recommend POCT methodologies and equipment.
  • Perform method validation for POCT.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduation from an NCCLS-accredited Medical Technology program.
  • 5 years of clinical experience required.
